Tenant Responsibilities
A. Call 911 and inform the operator of the following:
- Your name.
- The name of the company, the telephone number, the floor and/or the suite number of the company reporting the emergency.
- The street address: 1050 17th Street, Denver, CO 80265
- The person’s name that is in need of medical attention.
- Any information regarding the type of medical attention needed.
- Do not hang up the telephone until the operator has hung up.
B. Call the Management Office at (303) 534-6611 and give them the following information:
- Your name.
- The name of the company and the floor and suite where the company is located.
- The type of medical attention needed.
- The name of the person needing medical attention.
- Security will secure an elevator at the lobby to assist in the response of the Fire Department and Medical response teams.
C. Meet the emergency medical team in the elevator lobby of the floor and escort them to the appropriate location.
