Landlord shall furnish building standard heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) during normal business hours, to the premises as part of building's standard services to be appropriately engineered into the design.
The building is equipped with a state-of-the-art HVAC system. Each floor has twenty-six (26) separate control zones, with twenty (20) of those on the perimeter. The perimeter zones function on a constant air volume system (air temperature varies), for quick response to outside temperature changes, while the core zones are on a variable air system for efficiency.
After-hours and Extra Use of HVAC:
Tenant may request after-hours HVAC, and Landlord shall charge Tenant for actual costs only (no landlord markup).
In the event 7X24 cooling or long term after hours cooling is required, City of Denver District Chilled can be engineered and installed. Tenants will be responsible for all engineering, installation and operational costs related to this equipment.
