1050 17th Street is staffed with two (2) security guards 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The building has a camera system which is monitored at the security desk. After-hours access to the building and elevators is controlled by use of a building access card.

Solicitation

Solicitation is not permitted. If someone is soliciting in your suite, then please notify the Management Office at (303) 534-6611 and we will send appropriate personnel to escort them off of the premises.

Lost and Found

Please contact Security at (720) 932-9510 to claim items that have been lost or found in the buildings.
